After 24 months, yes. The code is yours to keep and use, permanently, and we'll help you move it wherever you want. Before then it stays with us. That's the trade for having nothing to pay up front: the build is spread across the monthly rather than charged as a lump sum at the start.
Any distinct page on the site: home, about, a service page, a contact page. Blog posts and repeated items like case studies run off one template, so they don't each count against your tier.
Absolutely, we build bilingual sites all the time. A second language adds to the monthly, since every page and every edit is done twice. We'll price it with you on the first call.
It is, along with the domain, SSL, backups, and security updates. Already own your domain? Keep it — point it our way and nothing else changes. One monthly bill instead of five subscriptions you'd rather not think about.
Most sites launch within a few weeks of our first call. The pace depends mostly on how quickly copy and photos come together, and we'll tell you exactly what we need up front.

Anything that changes what's already there: copy changes, image swaps, adding or removing sections on existing pages, contact details, links, small layout or styling tweaks. Bigger things, like a new feature, an integration or a whole new part of the site, we scope together first, and nothing about your monthly changes without your written OK. Writing the copy itself isn't included; we'll polish what you send.
Yes. Give us 15 days' notice and that's it: no cancellation fee. The one thing to know: because we build and host the site with nothing up front, the code stays ours until the 24-month mark. Cancel before then and we keep the site live 30 more days and hand you a full export of your content, and your domain stays yours. After 24 months, the code is yours to keep and take anywhere.
You can, if you have the weekends to spare and enjoy it. We're for people who'd rather have it designed properly, built fast, and never have to log into a builder again.
